Important Changes in Replacement Class Policy
Dear Parents, in response to feedback about the challenges of scheduling replacement classes, we have adjusted the options for replacement of lessons missed.
We have already started implementing these changes over the June holiday so some of you have received pre-recorded videos as replacement lessons. If your child is unable to attend their scheduled weekly class, the following guidelines apply and are listed in order of priority:
Here's How It Works
Notice of absence must be given to the Centre at least 24 hours in advance before the start of class in order to be eligible for a replacement class. In the event that your child is not feeling well, we will require a medical certificate if notice is given less than 24 hours before the lesson.
Our weekly academic cycle starts from Wednesdays and ends the following Tuesday. If a student misses a class at the end of the lesson cycle (e.g. Tuesday), the availability is subjected to earlier class options and arrangements need to be made ahead of time.
The hardcopy of the lesson materials can be picked up from our centre, or delivered electronically via WhatsApp. Completed worksheets can be submitted the next week for marking and review by a teacher.

What is the intention behind the revision of the Replacement Class Policy?
This is to ensure a smooth flow of lessons in the planned curriculum and to address scheduling challenges for replacement classes.
Replacement in the Holiday Workshops are no longer available and why so?
Previously, we offered the option to attend Holiday Workshops for everyone’s convenience. However, the arrangements have proven to be increasingly challenging.
The English Ninjas' curriculum is thoughtfully designed to provide our students with essential content and skills. We want our students to receive the most comprehensive education possible to maximise theirs' learning.
Is there a time limit for accessing the pre-recorded video?
The video link is valid for 2 weeks from date of issuance after which access to the lesson will be removed.
How can I obtain the materials for the lesson my child missed?
Lesson materials can be picked up from our Centre, or delivered electronically via WhatsApp. Completed worksheets can be submitted the next week for marking and review.
For my child missed attendance, can I get a refund or carry the class credit forward to the next term?
All fees are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be carried forward. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions here.
